Frequently Asked Questions

Our shop operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

When you submit an intake through our website, you receive a unique tracking ID (e.g., DTS-2026-XXXXX). Our service manager reviews your reported symptoms and parts requirements, then contacts you directly to confirm drop-off details.
